How It Works
Creating Your Bespoke, VIP Experience Starts With Your Vision For Your Big Day
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We’ll kick things off with a relaxed chat to talk about your wedding plans and what you hope for your special day. We’ll explore which package would best fit your wedding and see if we are a good fit for eachother.
Step 2: Final Booking
Once you decide to go ahead and book, your booking will be secured with a 10% deposit and agreement form, with a payment plan set up as required.
Step 3: Collaboration Session
Approximately 12 weeks before your wedding day, we’ll get in to the specifics of what you want for your painting and the logisitcs of how things will work on the day. We’ll plan everything so that I work within your timeline and things run smoothly on the day.
Step 4: Wedding Day Mini Photoshoot
On the day of your wedding you can’t be expected to sit still and pose for a painting, so I will capture a reference photo. If it fits your timeline (and depending on the scene for the painting) we’ll schedule a short 10-15 minute photoshoot at a pre-decided location to capture the reference. If this is not suitable for your timeline, we’ll plan an alternative ahead of time.
Step 5: Wedding Day Live Painting
I’ll typically arrive early to scope out the venue and set up my equipment. Once the reference photo is captured I will work right through your day until the evening, when we’ll have the big reveal. All through the day I will paint and engage with your guests.
Step 6: Studio Painting
After the wedding the painting will come back to the studio with me for finishing and final touches. It will get all the time it needs to be of the highest standard when finished.
Step 7: Final Piece Delivery
Once completed, the final painting will be framed and delivered to your door, ready for hanging in pride of place!
